Mouser Electronics, one of the largest online distributors of electronic components, has just signed a global distribution agreement with Sigfox, the leading IoT service provider in the world. Through the agreement, the Sigfox Sens’it Discovery solution and the SDR dongle are now available on Mouser.
Sigfox Sens’it Discovery uses several sensors to communicate on the Sigfox network, which makes it suitable for IoT applications. The sensors and actuators included are a thermometer, hygrometer, light meter, accelerometer, magnetometer, reed switch and button. Sens’it can communicate with Sigfox RC1, RC2, RC3 or RC4 (depending on the version, see below) and is completely reconfigurable and can be used for specific behaviors.
Sigfox SDR-USB100M SDR Dongle is a USB device associated with a software package that emulates the Sigfox network. The dongle is designed for use in research and development environments. SDR-USB100M runs in the driven mode with the developing object and is compatible with all European and FCC bands. Depending on the software used, it allows you to develop applications without worrying about network coverage problems or analyzing radio signals.
